Pros
- Finally an affordable 4 inch, 4:3 display retro handheld! As of writing, this is the one and only at this price/quality/performance.
- Powered by the ubiquitous Allwinner H700 chip, which performs well in 4:3 games.
- Improved ergonomics and comfort over its little brother, the RG35XX-H.
- Good controls.
- Decent battery life.
Cons
- It feels less premium than the cheaper RG35XX H.
- Lack of translucent color options.
- D-pad has false diagonals although this is reported to be fixed in recent batches.
- RGB lighting on the analog sticks is a little too much. Thankfully it can be switched off.
- As with other H700 devices, it struggles with some N64 and PSP games.
