Advantages of AYN Odin 2

  • Runs on a significantly more powerful processor.
  • Bigger and higher resolution screen.
  • Comes with a larger battery resulting in longer battery life.
  • Emulates Switch better than RP4 Pro.

Advantages of Retroid Pocket 4 Pro

  • Smaller and lighter device, more pocketable.
  • Cheaper.

TLDR

Both are equally good handhelds. Even though the Odin 2 has the most powerful processor in a handheld, you are not missing out a lot with the RP4 Pro.

If you want the latest and greatest and Switch emulation is a must, then go for the Odin 2. You should opt for the Retroid Pocket 4 Pro if pocketability is your primary concern. Or if you are on a limited budget.
