- More powerful CPU and GPU.
- Faster RAM and SSD.
- Right detachable controller can work like a mouse in the FPS mode.
- Runs on Windows 11. You can use it as a secondary productivity device.
- Comes with a built in kickstand!
- Hall sensor controls.
Advantages of Steam Deck OLED
- The most expensive Steam Deck OLED is still cheaper than the 512GB version of the Legion Go.
- Quieter.
- Much brighter and vibrant display.
- Slightly more compact than the Legion Go (the Steam Deck OLED is still considered a big device and it is not in any way a pocketable device).
- Runs on SteamOS – much more suited for gaming.
- At lower TDP, it performs better and has way better battery life.
- Dual touchpads.
- Faster charging.
- More comfortable and better ergonomics.
TLDR
Go for the Legion Go if you enjoy playing FPS and having the most powerful handheld with the biggest screen is your priority. However, if you are looking for a tried and tested device with an OLED screen, then go for the Steam Deck OLED. Either way, both are great devices and you can’t go wrong with either one.
