Pros

Secondary screen works perfectly well for DS, 3DS and Wii U emulation. Highly recommended if you are into emulating these.
AYASPACE allows you to control various device configuration with the second screen such as TDP or Wi-Fi controls. The second screen can also be set up to run other applications.
Comfortable and great ergonomics.
Comes with an OcuLink port – allows you to connect on the an external GPU for more graphics performance.

Cons

Thick and heavy.
Black model gets smudgy easily.
Recessed Nintendo styled analogue sticks is fine but it has limited movement compared to non recessed analogue sticks.
D-pad is flat and has almost no travel. It works fine but takes some time to get used to.
Short battery life.
