The ONEXPLAYER 2 could be 6 times more expensive but comes with higher end specs and features such as having the AMD Ryzen 6800U and bigger storage/RAM. What should be considered in order to pick one of the two?

Advantages of Retroid Pocket 3+

  • Runs on Android. If you are looking to use Android exclusive software/games, it will be easier to do it on the Retroid Pocket 3+ over the ONEXPLAYER 2.
  • It is a much smaller and more pocketable.

  • Higher resolution screen.

TLDR

If you are looking for a handheld with great performance to play all the latest and greatest, then there is no doubt that the ONEXPLAYER 2 is the clear winner. However it is a much more expensive and bulkier. If performance isn’t as important and you are happy to be able to play up to 6th generation consoles, then the Retroid Pocket 3+ should be your go to device.
