Advantages of Steam Deck
- If you are into PC gaming, then the SteamOS is going to have a larger library of compatible games.
- The touch pads are great if you are into first person shooters.
- Overall, the Steam Deck is a more powerful device.
- Supports PS3 and Wii U emulation which is not available on the Razer Edge.
Advantages of Razer Edge
- The Razer Edge is a sleeker and smaller device.
- The Razer Edge has a higher resolution, AMOLED and higher refresh rate screen than the Steam Deck’s 800p, 60 Hz, IPS screen.

Both of similarly priced but the Steam Deck has a major advantage that it runs on SteamOS. If you already have a huge library of games on Steam, going for the Steam Deck is a no brainer. The Razer Edge on the other hand has a better screen and it runs on Android with limited emulation capability.
